I followed them and it eliminated a lot of head scratching; Ubuntu installed perfectly. I do seems to have one problem though: there seems to be no mouse function in Ubuntu/virtual PC. There is no effect when I click within the window, the virtual PC does not 'grab' the cursor. I don't know if this is an error in Ubuntu or in the virtual machine.
